thank you for a very helpful web site.
I am looking for ancestors of my grandfather, Jacob Reese Shelby, of Pope 
County and Saline County, Illinois. I believe he died April 24, 1920 in 
Harrisburg, IL. He was orphaned at a very young age and was raised by the 
Belford family in Pope County. I believe his parents were J. J. and Priscilla 
Shelby, but i am not sure. Can anyone help?
