Shelby,

My husband and I already have a 501-C-3 tax exempt organization through 
which we can accept donations and earmark them for the funding of a Shelby 
Center.  Have you already started the process?
It can be long and drawn out.  Surely there are Shelby cousins who are 
attorneys. I would certainly be willing to contribute financially myself, as 
well as other things.  What do you think?
