Judith, I have read your research very carefully and compared notes with =
the research that I have done on Elbert Sevier Shelby. I tend to =
believe that DeLance Mandiville Shelby is his father but unfortunately I =
haven't found anything to substantiate that fact. On the 1970 Census in =
Sebastian Co., Arkansas his wife is listed with John Turner, and Albert =
S. (right birthdate) and the other children. I know E. S. 's Life from =
1880 to his death, but prior to that it's a complete dead end. Any help =
you can give me, I would sure appreciate it. A distant cousin of mine =
has a Website on Andrew Jackson Price, it is very thorough, he is the =
father of Louisa Price Shelby. Margaret Cannon
