Judy,

I found an old newspaper clipping in my father's tin box 
that is a photo of Mrs. John F. Duncan, Jr. holding her 
son, nine month old John Shelby.  The brief article 
states that Mrs. Duncan was Ethel Shelby, daughter of 
Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Shelby of Wabbaseka (Arkansas).  The 
clipping appears to have been cut from a late 1930s or 
early 1940s newspaper. since radio programs for "May 8" 
are on the reverse side.  Years ago I saw this clipping 
and my father said these were some of my kinfolks.  Who 
are they?  How are they related to the Cleveland Co., AR 
Shelbys?  Thank you.
